I'm debating putting two people sidekicks in the middle for that nice visual unity that comes when seeing things in groups of 3. We'll see!
This took me a lot longer to make than it probably appears. If I remember correctly it was probably 10 hours while watching TV.
I made the majority of this over a year ago and never finished it. Everything but the border zombies was done in a 10-year-old Paint Shop Pro 7 program, and I finished it off with the border zombies today in Photoshop CS4. I don't like how some of the zombies came out and I'm still considering changing the center, so this is technically still a work-in-progress.
Other Fonts: - Century Gothic (on the name tag) - Trebuchet MS (for the "Unforgettable" sign)
Additional Credits: - Thanks to linux_mofo here for saving me the time of figuring out the fonts to use on Swan's name tag. I created the name tag on my own (zoom in on the name tag for a small bird joke, by the way [and if you can't see it, it says "Fowlee Electric" which is a play on the name of the establishment Shaun works at in Shaun of the Dead]) and am not ripping them of their name tag, I promise.
I more or less exhausted the zombie stock on dA, so if anyone has usable zombie, undead, ghoul, living dead, etc. photos lying around I'd love to take advantage of them and to fix and "flesh" out the border!
I have that same PSP7 program and havent used it yet, my hubby gave me his laptop and it was on it. I use PaintDotNet majority of my work cuz it is fast as I am very familiar with it, prob 3000 blends in less than 2 years, retired from work and stay home, it my hobby only. Have PaintShop 7 I use occas for brush/actions; may get cs6 on subscription plan; without the cloud its' only 31 bucks a month, year commit. nice render, saw the swan orig. maybe I'll try that PSP7; have to start sometime. I think if you added anymore to this it would be cluttered. like the way it is now. later, bye
Cheerleader Z...(ombie)!><
At least yours makes some sense!
